By accessing or using Pulse Alpha (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Application. This Application is operated by Aayan Likhar ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

Pulse Alpha provides cryptocurrency market analysis tools, including but not limited to technical indicators (9/20 EMA crossover, pullback detection, liquidity sweeps, volume analysis) and AI-generated commentary. The Application is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. External Data & Third-Party Services

The Application fetches market data from Binance and uses Google's Gemini AI for analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
